Lemon Baked Salmon

makes one serve


  • 200g wild salmon

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped or ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee, melted

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped for garnish

  • lemon, sliced for garnish


  1. Take salmon out of fridge 20 minutes before you are ready to cook to bring to room temperature. Dab salmon dry with paper towel.

  2. Preheat oven to 200c. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon, skin side down in a lined baking dish and surround with broccoli. Sprinkle garlic on top of everything, drizzle with lemon juice and finally with melted butter or ghee.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and serve garnished with parsley and lemon slices.
